It's freezing cold outside.

It's freezing cold outside.  I'm in the library in Tooting, i've just left work.  I was there from 6 a.m. this morning.  A man came into the shop and said '..it's really cold out there'.  And it is.  It's so cold, it can't get much colder than this.  I don't know what's going to happen next year, you won't be able to go out.  I've got an appointment at the Jobcentre in Stockwell today, to agree to my commitments.  I will go down after I leave here.  I've got a date as well, with James, should be good.  We'te meeting in Tooting Broadway at 7 p.m.  I have a feeling it's going to be so cold then.  I shall have to come straight home afterwards.  It's been cold all winter, it get's mild for a day, then get's really cold again.  My word.
